By communicating these elements through compelling visuals and messaging, the brand campaign aimed to instill a shared sense of purpose among employees, promoting a unified corporate culture. The Amherst G.R.E.A.T. core values acronym is the north star that guides the organization in delivering excellence and acting in the best interest of its residents, employees, vendors, and investors.
